Location ok.
Amenities undergoing long term refurbishment - no prior warning at point of booking. Booked this hotel for pool facility and it should have been specified aware it was closed for some time. Also only one lilft working, making departure problematic.

We didn't have breakfast
There was only one thing wrong with the room - the water from the sink smelt like the toilet and we all ended up with a bad stomach, so I don’t know if there is a problem with the plumbing in there.

The front desk crew were amazing. Polite, engaged, helpful, and all around lovely people even in the face of people being not so kind to them for something out of their control. You could not possible ask for better employees.
The elevators were teeny tiny and sometimes slow, but that would not stop me from staying again. As you can tell, I had to stretch to find something I didn’t like.

Room was nice and clean, nice looking hotel.
One of the lifts wasn’t working and it was a struggle to get an empty lift, as a disabled person it was hard to get about. Also the parking wasn’t free it was £15 a night

Breakfast was great - a substantial buffet in a nice location
slightly outside of city centre, but I knew that beforehand so no complaints

Great and location. Staff are very friendly.
Had to pay for parking would of thought it would come with the room. The carper in 104 was disgusting !! Looked like blood that carpet should of been cleaned before letting someone stay in that room

Yes it was excellently presented, the quality of the feed was exceptional and the staff couldnt be more helpful
The soft seating area was very open and could do with been more enclosed to keep noise down and the chat without alot of background noise, but only a minor point

Perfect location , on site parking , friendly helpful staff , comfortable quiet room with all necessary facilities. Have paid the same with other companies but this was the best value of them all.

Great location with quick access to the city centre, didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food.
Carpet in room 118 had stains on and the bed sheet had a dirty streak on it.
